Field & Stream Weekend is designed to focus on the outdoors and providing a safe environment for our Scouts and families to experience nature on their terms.
Our trained and experienced volunteers provide a safe and fun camping program with a focus on range sports and fishing.
Range Activities
Our Range programs are designed for Scouts in mind. In addition to having fun in a safe environment and learning an important life skill, Cubs will be able to complete requirements needed for enhancements.
This may be a Scout’s first time shooting and our trained staff will make sure it is a Scouting memory they won’t forget!
Fishing Program
Scouts will get to test their fishing skills at our very own Bull Head Lake, just a short walk from any point in camp.
Our lake and our camp stream provide a great experience for Scouts and Scouters of all ages and skill levels. We have two fishing docks and multiple locations around our lake for fishing. You bring your excitement and positive attitude and we will have the fishing gear.
Our Range programs are designed for Scouts in mind. Cubs will be able to complete requirement for the updated Electives. The New Cub Scout program will have requirements they complete each year. Building in requirements.
Over Night Accommodations
Included in the cost of the weekend we will provide a spot in one of our lean-tos or a camp tent. We will provide the bunk and mattress and you bring your most comfortable sleeping bag and pillow. If you would like to rent a cabin for the weekend for your unit, please visit our rental page to see if any cabins are available. The cabins have the same bunks and mattresses but also include heat, tables, and a refrigerator.
