Submit a 2025 -2026 Unit Calendar: Due Oct. 31

Submit Paper or Electronic Copy of Unit Calendar to your District Executive. The Calendar must includes at least one non-meeting activity each month. (October – July) It also need to include  the date the unit is promoting to go to Resident Summer Camp and/or Day  Camp. We suggest to promote both to your parents. For Day Camp list what location or session you plan to attend if date and exact location is not listed.

Meet Training Requirements: Due Dec. 31
Achieve 75% of direct contact leaders are position trained.

Complete Outdoor Activities: Due March 31
Between September 2025 and March 31, 2026, your unit must participate in at least 4 outdoor activities and submit a photo with a short description.(Online Form)

Camp Deposit Payment Option:

Units can make a  $50 deposit per Scout or $99 payment for each Scout toward their summer camp registration. The $50 deposit will lock in the current price. If deposit is paid by Dec 31 the Early Bird Rate will be locked in for those Scouts with a deposit. 

 If all promotion requirements are complete by March 31st. The $99 price will be locked in for the Unit’s Youth. The unit will be required to pay the balance. Unit can add more additional unit youth at the $99 rate. There is no discount for adults and den chiefs.  Late fee may apply if register after April 2nd. 

If the unit does not complete all the required tasks by March 31st. Summer Camp Price will rise to current Camp Rate of when the deposit is made.
